CDIC contributes to the stability of the Canadian financial system by providing deposit insurance against the loss of eligible deposits at member institutions in the event of failure.

- Determine if additional spending for the campaign satisfied managements’ overall objectives and original intent for the initiative
- Determine if additional spending had made a measurable positive impact on public awareness of CDIC’s brand, purpose and value, thus promoting greater confidence in Canada’s financial system

- Presented a final report with key findings, which included a series of recommended ideas, options, and tactics that if accepted, could enhance the current or next public awareness campaign
