Tola Fakolade has more than two decades of finance and accounting experience. Over the course of his career, he has held roles that span taxation, treasury, accounting, strategy, risk management, budgeting, financial planning and analysis. He started his career with a major public accounting firm and has worked internationally in Europe, Middle East & Africa.
Over the last 10 years, Tola has held finance leadership positions where he was a strategic business partner to executives and business leaders. As a strategic adviser and co-pilot to these leaders and their leadership teams, he helped to develop the right strategic objectives, identify the right leading KPIs to measure progress and performance against those objectives, identify additional opportunities for revenue growth, improve the organization’s financial governance process, and lead process improvement and report automation across the organizations. He also has experience leading and implementing risk management programs across organizations.
Tola is a CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) and CMA (Certified Management Accountant) and has an MBA from Cornell University.
